If you think Philly is going to run the table in the regular season, you are on drugs. And I’m not talking about a loss to Dallas. They will lose to a different team. If not more than 1.

Good on road games...make it tough
This team has a lot to prove to themselves and the fans. If that means playing and winning on the road....so be it.
Make it one to remember

So will Dallas.

Ok. That’s not what you said.

My point is, i don't see how we catch them being two games back. I think Philly is more like to win out than us though.

That’s fine. Don’t say Philly won’t lose. That’s not the same.

IDK I think the NFC is a mess this year. I see a ton of good teams, but no one that looks like a complete team. SF is increasingly banged up on offense. Philly continues to give up chunk plays on defense. Minnesota feels like they have way overachieved this year, I'm not buying their record just yet.

Washington or NY vs SF could be a defensive cluster that has some weird 11-13 type score and could go either way based on one crucial turnover. Minnesota has a history a choking in big games and outside of maybe the best receiver in the league, a really strong pass rush, and a top RB they have tons of holes in that roster.

Half the AFC playoff teams are probably favored if they were in the NFC.

I honestly don't think they will lose except maybe against Dallas. Unfortunately, that won't help us.

The thing about the playoffs, which are still not guaranteed, is you have to bring your A game every week. There is no winning a sloppy game like they did against the Giants. There is no playing flat like they did against the Packers and Bucs.

One thing that worries me is the return of Tyron Smith. If he plays LT and they move Tyler inside to LG, will it upset the continuity the OL has? If Tyron does not return in time to give Tyler a chance to plays some LG in a real game, I would be concerned the change in a playoff game could be exploited by the other team.
The biggest concern will be rust for Tyron. For Tyler it should easier, less area to cover, the guy he is going to block will be within an arms length on LOS.

Plenty of football to play, but the path to get to the Super Bowl looks to be settling in:

Wild card: at Tampa
Divisional: at Philly
NFC Championship: at San Fran

That's how they're probably going to have to do it.

I just dont see any losses for Philly to give us a chance to catch them, and I don't see Minnesota or San Fran losing in the wild card round for Dallas to avoid Philly in the second round.

Tough sledding ahead. Dallas is good enough to have a chance, but it's going to be a steep climb.

If I had to pick a favorite come playoff time, it would be the 49ers.
Agreed,
This is all because the Egirls kicked our butts this offseason.
They added talent and we got rid of talent.
They have even added more during the season in Suh.
Free Agency matters folks.
Its not just about drafting well.

..a month of football left. I still think TENN can take down Philly. Heck even NYG might have a shot.

Will see how this posts sits 2 wks prior to end of season.

We aren't winning three in a row in the road. So whatever scenario gives us home games is preferred.

Yep, we had that benefit for 4 years and did nothing with it.
2022 cap hit
Hurts: $1.6 million
Dak: $20 million

2023 cap hit
Hurts: $1.9 million
Dak : $46 million

Philly is going to sign big name free agents this offseason, too, while we look to shed salary so we can prepare to try and keep Pollard, CeeDee, Diggs, and Parsons in the coming years.

The difference is, Slay and Johnson are elite players like Zack Martin. They're worth it.
