Yep. She's a dead ringer for him as well. The feminine version at least.

Eh. His point was that we could have drafted a LBer or a OL... and we've been pretty weak on the OL and ILB (S, too).

Of course, if you look at the OL that were taken after our pick thus far, there isn't a whole lot that would have helped immediately. Same for LBer.

Funny, we did draft a LB. And which OL did you want? Iupati? Taken. Pouncey? Taken. Dez was the best talent on the board, and easily the top WR.

They still drafted an ILB, one they had rated as a 1st rd pick.

Do you think Cris Carter knows that?

Because I don't....

So, we should have taken Sean Lee in the 1st round? He was the Cowboys highest ranked player among ILB's or OL's.

I was hoping for daryl washington, ILB out of tcu, but not in the first round. I agree that wr was not a need, but there was not a guy out there in a position of need that would warrant that high of a pick.

Countdown Crew = done. They're no longer the authority in game analysis.

By the way, word is it's really gusting down on the field. Hope that's not a factor in the kicking game...

ESPN blog says the endzone doors are open too, in addition to the roof.

Wow...tough game to try and right the ship. Even when we're playing well, the Giants have won the last 4-5 games vs. Cowboys...that's a tough stat.

Couldn't pick a worse matchup to try and get well on...yet...if we win the game and play well, the win against a team that's had our number recently could mean more to this team than a win against any other team.

I think we need to score a lot of points to win this game...maybe 28-30 points, and we cannot turn the ball over and give them a short field, no matter whom you want to blame the turnovers on.

This game is as important psychologically as it is record wise, imo. If we have the same problems with penalties and turnovers that we've been having, I think we'll actually be embarrassed by the end of the 3rd quarter.

That said, I think we show great improvement, though not perfection, and Cowboys win 30-23. And yes, I've been watching the games, and I know the average points we've been scoring and allowing. I think we stop shooting ourselves in the foot and beat a very good Giants team that's on a roll.
