Wow...tough game to try and right the ship. Even when we're playing well, the Giants have won the last 4-5 games vs. Cowboys...that's a tough stat.
Couldn't pick a worse matchup to try and get well on...yet...if we win the game and play well, the win against a team that's had our number recently could mean more to this team than a win against any other team.
I think we need to score a lot of points to win this game...maybe 28-30 points, and we cannot turn the ball over and give them a short field, no matter whom you want to blame the turnovers on.
This game is as important psychologically as it is record wise, imo. If we have the same problems with penalties and turnovers that we've been having, I think we'll actually be embarrassed by the end of the 3rd quarter.
That said, I think we show great improvement, though not perfection, and Cowboys win 30-23. And yes, I've been watching the games, and I know the average points we've been scoring and allowing. I think we stop shooting ourselves in the foot and beat a very good Giants team that's on a roll.
