This can be fixed, to an extent. Mike Woicik project. He'll live in the weight room.

Kosier with more attitude. He's not as technically sound as Kosier but more athletic which is ok in a rookie. You can teach technique, your not going to teach athletic ability.

Jerry raved about the kid's work ethic. Comes from a blue collar family and helped them clean commercial buildings from the time he was a kid.

You can flip OGs. And even if you can't flip this guy, you can definitely flip Kosier.

Either way, this isn't a guy who will start right now.

At Missouri State, Arkin played right guard for three seasons before moving to left tackle as a senior. He believes his versatility and a "bit of a mean streak" likely caught the attention of NFL teams, though he was a bit surprised to get a call from Jerry Jones.

I like what I've read about him. He obviously needs to work on his technique, but they say he his first punch is nasty and plays with fire. To top it off, he is an academic all American and a student of the game and has a great work ethic.

I really love that the Cowboys are looking for guys with real work ethics.

He played LT in College too. He played in D2. In D2, 300 is big. In the NFL, he's a LG.
