Also if you could get them to fix the fight songs in NCAA football to sound more like college pep bands and less like the marching band, that'd be sweet.

Um...why? The marching band is the one that plays at football games. I know this, having played in a college marching band. A pep band would be too small for the whole stadium to hear the fight song. The pep band is for basketball games.

Also, the sleeve stripes are wrong. This Madden version tapers the stripe towards the inside, while the real Nike version stays wide a parallel, then cuts off at the chest rather than tapering all the way around.

Ya once they decide to put out a new product that hasn't been re produced for the last 5 years then I will buy Madden again.

A lot of companies do that. The MLB and NBA games aren't THAT different either from year to year. Call of Duty has barely changed over the years.

And I'm not stating that I don't want improvement as well. But just that, it happens far to often in games.

The difference is the high quality of those games compared to Madden; and the significant steps they take forward with each edition that they release compared to the relatively static editions of Madden.
