Only 6 Spots Left -- pick Yours!

I like to do this at the end of every preseason. Add up who has definitely made the team (or at least a slot that will definitely be filled), and then figure out who's on the bubble and where's the wiggle room...

These are minimum numbers, so when I say who is the winner of a battler, the loser might make it as well -- but they would come from the last 6 roster spots still open

So, here's who's in

QB -- 2
RB -- 3 (we will keep 3, whoever is winner of Tanner vs Olawaze)
FB -- 1
TE -- 3
OT -- 3 (Starters plus Parnell)
OG -- 3 (starters plus winner of Dockery/Leary)
OC -- 2 Costa and Arkin
WR -- 5 (harris, beasley, otree)

ST -- 3


DL -- 6 (coleman, ratliff, hatcher, lissemore, brent, crawford)
LB -- 8 (starters plus connor, butler, wilber, albright)
CB -- 4 (jenkins plus 3 starters)
S -- 4 (whoever is winner of Silva vs Johnson)

That's 47, 6 spots left. Here are the candidates

Seems likely we will keep another CB, so you could say Butler is in and only 5 spots left.

Callaway (due to Ratliff injury and him looking pretty good)

What? Yeah, I'd be pretty upset if Hamilton didn't make the team based on what I saw so far. In fact, I'd rather get rid of Spencer and take an $8M hit or get rid of Connor and take a $2.7M hit than lose Hamilton. I'd take Hamilton over Albright any day.

Hamilton and Butler could most likely take Spencer's place this year and play better.

I'm hoping Hamilton not only makes the team this year but starts next year. And I think he will.

Why do you think that?

Coale and Johnson will definitely make this team--despite injuries. No way either makes it thru waivers to get on our PS.
