On a side note, the NFL prevented the Saints from showing Sean Payton on the jumbotron in the stadium...

They're making up for that on the TV...they've shown him after almost every play.

That's just embarrassingly bad coaching. Gaither can barely walk and they leave him one on one with their best pass rusher.

Jared 'Lame Horse' Gaither should have been taken out there. Boy, I am sure glad we didn't give up anything for him.

Why re the Saints wearing their aways at home?
Dallas is the only team that wears white at home. Washington and Miami used to.

A lot of teams have ambiguous home uniforms. I've seen the Saints, Dolphins, Commanders, Panthers, Bucs, Eagles, and Texans do it too. They just switch it week to week, sometimes due to hot weather if they're outside or just for the sake of it

I believe the Browns were the first team to wear white at home. They were doing so in the 50's and at least through the 70's. I don't remember when they stopped. They gave the same reason as the Cowboys have done -- so the fans could see the different team colors. However, it may well have been because their own color was so drab. It certainly wasn't to gain an advantage in the overwhelming heat of Cleveland winters.
