Doesn't surprise me one bit. This is classic Jerry mentality. Win or lose, the product is exciting. The team is always grabbing headlines, tickets and merchandise are being sold. Check the bottom line - as in $$$$$$.
The only time Jerry made a drastic move to go get a guy like Parcells was when interest in the team was at an all-time low and the team really had no appeal or star power whatsoever.

Yeah he sounds really broken up about losing. As long as people are lining his pockets and shoving microphones in his face this guy will be happy, Dallas is becoming a laughing stock and Jerry is benefiting from it.

With Lee most likely out and our other LB's hurt we need to be bringing in LB's to get a workout on top CB's that have been worked out recently.

It's as if Jones is going out of his way to confirm everything his detractors have been saying about him for years.

There is no figure in the world of sports for whom I have less regard.

Jason Garrett, I take back everything bad I've said about you. No one could keep his wits about him and effectively coach this team with the complete moron who lords over you. You have my apologies and as much sympathy as I can muster for someone who's been so handsomely paid to be a puppet.

So because I still watch the team, I'm a bad fan? Get out of here. I would say that someone who stops watching just because the team isn't that good is far, far worse. So pipe down bucko.

I have been saying this for years. As long as fans are spending money on the team, Jerry will not change. We have to hit him in the pocketbook to get his attention. I am doing my part(or maybe it should be not doing my part???), I haven't spent a dime on the Cowboys since the 44-6 Eagles buttwhipping in 2008.

No matter what Happens on the field we as a fan base will keep watching and keep talking about the Cowboys. Jerry knows he has that type of power over us. He even has those that admire and defend him to no end, kindof like how Ted Bundy would receive 200 letters a day in prison from woman that loved him.
