Some of them do, but quite a few never quite finish, or they need to go back to get a few credits to finish. Some do, some don't.
I think many are in general studies type thing anyway, or seem to be, but I have nothing to back that up. But it shows they accomplished getting through college, and that's what most places look for now days.
