healthy and playing well are not the same,very few players make it back from micro fracture surgery and play well.

He plays fierce like Lee- I see no downside to adding him to a D that needs quality of any kind.

Agree. He would be a hedge acquisition like Ernie Sims. He could step in and be a decent starter if anyone goes down. Not only physical but smart player as well. There is a difference between playing back into game shape and playing with injury so Cowboys need to confirm it is not the latter.

Why was he cut though? Are the falcons that strong at linebacker? Or is he still not recovered from his previous major injury..
