Demarco Murray and fumbles. Still no problem?

Romo and terrible picks.

Luckily, we are playing the hapless Titans and Rams.

Same issues for 3 weeks for these two.

Anyone see Melvin Gordon? Perfect fit moving from the Wisconsin ZBS to Dallas. 1 fumble in 3 years.

Hey Happy Days, regardless, we're 2-1.

I'm tired of it too....it all seems so familiar.....so, already done. And in the end, amounts to nothing significant.....

I'm tired of excuses, I'm tired of beating the Rams by 3 points means...."we have a shot for one more week"

No , we don't. We don't have a shot. We aren't going to win a playoff game. It means ....nothing. Except a draft choice out of the top ten.......

Great then it's settled. Why are you here wasting your time?

Because he's a Cowboys fan, you big baby, and he sticks with his team no matter what.

I've spent the better part of 20 years knowing this team is dead and will remain so until the owner changes.

I would have benched him last week for it and the team probably wouldn't have missed a beat the way they were manhandling the Titans up front.

The message has to be sent that either you protect the football or you don't play. It's that simple.

Melvin Gordon hardly touched the ball his first two seasons at Wisconson. It is easy not to fumble the ball when you aren't carrying the ball.

Murray currently has a fumbling issue. Will that continue? I don't know. He needs to get it corrected.

The solution is simple. He fumbles early in the game, so play Dunbar/Randle/Williams for the first two series, and then put in Murray. Problem solved. Lol

Thank you.
He HAS to learn how important turnovers are in a parity league like this.

IT IS PARAMOUNT.

Hold on to the darn ball! I don't care if you're leg-whipped.
Hold on to the ball.
I don't care if your own WR hit you.
Hold on to the ball.
Don't like holding on with your right, or left?
Fix it and...
Hold on to the ball.

You people saying we won:
You can point to his fumble as being a reason if they didn't.
And when he does and it leads to our team losing?

Who is going to say who cares then?

We bench Murray today and we lose. You don't keep a team long sending messages like that.

Terrible post.
You can't go - oh well, that sucks and is becoming more than a trend, but hey! We still won!
How many times you want to give points away?

Romo will still throw interceptions and we aren't dropping the guy, so you want to say it's OK if we keep letting others give away points on top of that as long as we won that last game?

It's a problem and it needs fixing.

So basically what you're saying is we can barely afford one turnover prone "Star" on the team since he's cemented here. Yeah I'm mad at Murray for fumbling all the way back to the last game of the previous season. His fumbles have been major momentum killers for us early in games.

I'm tempted to do one of two things:
1) Immediately give him the ball again and again or..
2) Bench him for a Qtr and start Randle.

right after the fumble and subsequent touchdown after the turnover i was pretty much feeling the way you were. but another 100 yard game is still very important too. he's not gonna fumble EVERY game.

Yeah- that's what I'm saying.
This team is not talented enough to consistently overcome that- especially against good teams.

I get your points on what you'd do and I agree with them.
Are you trying to refute something?

Fortunately, we haven't played teams (other than the 49ers) who will make us pay for our turnovers. But it definitely is something we need to correct.

No, Murray's fumbles have had a snowball effect but on the flipside he plays really hard to make up for it. Still the damage and the wake it causes seems to effect the entire offense for half the game...

Zero disagreement friend.

I appreciate his hard running and acknowledge that he is the best RB on the team by far, but:
No- you cannot keep putting that ball in the other teams hands.
It will bite- especially against an offense that isn't harboring a 3rd string QB, or another QB that should be 3rd string.

They will get bitten if this keeps happening and get bitten hard.
