Yeah love Scandy too. He's a leader and our best corner.
I watched all of Mos presser and I wasn't impressed. Its clear he doesn't get it.
I think the team is handling it ok. Deal w him in house and see how he responds on the field.

Most people don't like "you're demoted."
In the real world where you are a heartbeat away from being fired or laid off, what would happen if you stormed out after hearing you were demoted?
I posed the question a month ago, Is Mo a Bust.
That thread received some harsh rebuke because it was too early.
I'm calling it now. This guy is a bust. My opinion, so there's that. But he couldn't cover a camp fire with a blanket. If it wasn't him being woefully out of position, and Austin Davis overthrowing #89, Mo would not have gotten a pick, and the results of the game could have been drastically different.
The DBs in Dallas work at a disadvantage since they don't have a fierce pass rush. But Mo gets turned around and ends up on the turf more than a kid getting off a merry-go-round after twenty minutes of spinning.

Wasn't it about 3 or 4 years ago, most people were whining about Scandrick...then he signed a pretty decent sized contract...and more whining...now he's the king of the town and on here......
Nothing against Scandrick, I like him and always have. At first, the contract, wondered a bit, but then started thinking this was a great deal by our GM...yes, the GM gets credit here....
Maybe this spurs Mo on to be very serviceable and will contribute. But the whining...give him a chance in his new role, whatever that will be.....let's see what happens over the next 2 or 3 games.

Merely speculation on my part but I bet it got heated between Jerome Henderson and Mo. Henderson is from Portsmouth, VA (a.k.a "P Town") and as cool as he may be, he doesn't take any stuff. The way the message was delivered from Henderson was probably uncut and ruffled Mo's feathers.

I mean Scandrick is our Best defensive player, period. Not just DB. So I don't get why he acted like a girl in the first place. The only reason Carr isn't delegated to #2 is because of his contract.
Let us have to face a premier WR. OScan will follow, and lock it up. As he did with Cruz, and Welker. He made Cruz the fraud he is today.

Scandrick is good, but are people expecting him to lock down every player every down? I hope not, because it's not going to happen...though I hope he does, at least most the time, and in critical situations...

When you see Brees abusing Carr, you'll be able to fully grasp why Mo is butt hurt. If I look across the field and see our $60M CB getting beat just as often as I am and I'm the only one getting called out, you best believe I'm gonna think something in the milk ain't clean. The question shouldn't have been, if Scan deserved to start, but a question for who!

I would hope they presented Mo with the news of the demotion with a fruit basket or a gift certificate to Lenin and Things. I know that would take the sting out of getting demoted because I sucked.

I agree lots of guys work hard to have a chance to play what matter is what you do with that chance. Being a 6th overall pick Mo got the luxury not afforded to late rd picks or UDFA and now if he wants that spot back he will have to earn it.
