That's awesome. Leary stepped up and didn't let Collins just take his job. Happy to see it.

Its the little subtle things this group does that should make us fans, and Romo smile. Whether its coming to practice as a group, being recognized at the annual lunch in as a group, hanging out outside of football as a group, or even sitting on the bench in the same exact order they would line up in as a group. They subconsciously know they function as a group and its the little things that builds chemistry. You could tell last year that Romo was still jittery in the pocket at the beginning of the season from all the years he had to scramble as soon as the ball was snapped but that changed as the season progressed and he had confidence in the line. You know he's enjoying having enough time to order pizza in the pocket before having to throw a pass now and a confident Romo is probably the scariest offensive weapon we got.

Couldn't have agreed more. Lots of people were ready to plug in Collins for Leary but the man quietly went about his business without ever giving ammo to the media to spin and held his job down like a boss.

I think we're a much better team than the Giants, the question is can this team put everything together for the first snap to the last snap?
