They are using him the right way: WR screens, short slants, passes to the RBs, etc. Hope they keep pounding the rock and using the short passes to keep the pressure off of Weeden.

This is the problem, this O-Line has to be play perfectly. The little bit of pressure and Weeden plays like he's on his way out of the league. Even with our touted O-Line, that's far too much pressure.

Throw the damn ball away, you're not Romo or Rodgers on the run.

Great 1st half, only marred by a poor pass by Weeden ( picked off ) & a few penalties that extended Falcons scoring drives. Like what I'm seeing out of our running game & would like to see more of that & less of Weeden throwing on the run.

Almost hard to do since the RB's are ripping off 10 yards at a whack. lol I agree though, they need to keep that, and the short passing game going. Really need this D to get an early stop at the beginning of the half.

The defense is letting me down. They are missing players but they are going up against a below average offensive line. No excuses.

Got to admit I wanted Randall cut last year and Dunbar cut this year. They are playing well, really (specifically Dunbar) a huge part of our offense. Keep it up in the second half Go Cowboys.

As an aside, that Weeden int was terrible. Ugh

Believe it or not, Weeden has set a new Cowboys record with 21 consecutive completions prior to the INT.

This game is on the defense. The offense has already done more than expected and 28 points should win against Atlanta. If they lose, it will be because the defense couldn't hold up.
