wonder what every one said when Bill Parcells yanked Bledsoe for a young kid from eastern Illionois...?

Cowboys #QB Kellen Moore throws same number of INT and one fewer TD pass than did Tony Romo in his first extensive #NFL playing time in 2006

He's not Romo. He's not even close to the same size as Romo. He doesn't have the same arm strength as Romo. If he were the backup to Eli Manning do you think their fans would be saying that "he's the next Eli." Don't insult Romo's legacy by comparing him and Moore. Lastly, he's not Romo.

More times than not a backup will come in and look better than the guy he is replacing. With that I liked one thing even with the mistakes and that was his willingness to force the ball to dez. Let's see what he looks like with a whole week for a team to prepare for him before we proclaim any era has begun.

Not saying much, but kid was better than Weedon or Cassell. I think he should get a chance these last two games to earn at least 3rd string going into the off season.

Like with Weeden, they are not going back.

He's fine in Garrett's dink & dunk as a backup. Of course, Cowboy fans are already overrating his ability. Ride Moore out, accumulate the losses, and draft in the top 3.

You relax, you're the one who brought the comparison out. Stand up, and stop kneeling down at the altar of the immortal Kellen Moore. He'll never be a long term starter in the NFL.

The best thing about Moore is he'll keep Jerry from chasing Manziel....hopefully.

This place is hilarious. Moore looked exactly like an undersized, underarmed 4 year clipboard holder should look. Physically overmatched.

Like I said I am glad he had his moment but it's over. If he plays another meaningful game it means Romo is hurt again and we didn't upgrade the backup QB spot with a top draft pick and/or solid vet. He is not good enough to count on in the future. But he fits right in with Carr, Hayden, Free and our Safties.

If that is Haterade to Floaty then so be it. Everyone is gushing over 150 yds. That is QBs are supposed to do. The 3 picks and the deep throws were the big problems.

Kellen Moore looked like a lesser version of Colt McCoy. Once opposing teams study his film, he might be lobbing three picks every week. At least he didn't toss any Pick Sixes like Cassel.

Looks like a backup to me. Potentially a good backup. Scans the field well but doesn't have the arm to fit the ball into tight windows.

He has one of the weakest arms I have ever seen in an NFL quarterback. Even when he tried to put extra mustard on it the ball just kin of floated.

He is a brainy try hard, just like Garrett sees himself. He will probably be here as long as Garrett is.

RKG for sure.

But Garrett was a good backup QB, which is what Moore could be. He moved the chains, which is something Cassell and Weeden did very little of. If Moore is a capable backup and our long term replacement for Romo is drafted in the 1st - 3rd rounds, I'm happy.

He wasn't good. Being better than Cassel, doesn't make him good.

I like the kid, but he didn't answer any questions other than that bringing Cassel in was one of the worst personnel decisions in recent Cowboy history.

Well, he has a chance to improve. His fist plays in the NFL were as good as Cassel's, so he has a higher ceiling. I would like to see what he can do the rest of the way.

Yeah, I think Floaty was actually named after him, hence the animosity. :)

What's your opinion of the kid now that he has some snaps under his belt? The same or has tonight's performance changed your mind for the better or worse.

I've been a supporter all season and tonight's performance has only reinforced what I've believed in all along.

Looks like a good QB to bring into TC and compete for a backup job.

Not much upside with him but if he can move the ball just decently in this crap scheme then he is a keeper.

I'm having a great day, I don't understand why you're laughing uncontrollably. Usually people like you use that emoji when you have nothing else to say.
