I really like Chaz Green

It's a DJ Humphries video but Green is # 75 on the right.

He couldn't stay healthy in college and so far it has translated to the pro's but this guy is a talent when he is on the field. Quick feet, strong punch, and just looks the part.

He's a player I think we can look forward to this year and hopefully he can overtake Free.

I'll follow him as well, and have expectations for a current Cowboys player as well.

The Cowboys certainly hope he improves during the course of next year. I think they view him
as the eventual replacement for Free but, he will have to really improve to dislodge him for a
starting gig.

Liked him going into the draft. Dude doesn't even come to mind right now when I think of our team.

Until he makes it through camp healthy, he's a Matt Johnson.

I like his feet but he needs to work on his punch.

True enough but he wasn't SEVERELY injured by my recollection. He should be good to go health wise at this point. He was a 3rd rounder, correct? That's found money if he can be a serviceable backup this season. Here's hoping because he has a nice tool chest to work with judging by that impressive footage vs FSU. He was very stout in that game from what I saw.

I wish him the best and this team needs to replace Free ASAP, but he has been an injury waiting to happen for most of his football career and it is rare that a player can overcome an injury history like his. He is young now and his body should be in his prime when it comes to resisting injuries and healing fast. If he has this many injuries at his age , i don't see how the problems will improve. I think it was a gamble to draft him in the third round because it is entirely possible that he never plays enough to see his full potential. Drafting injury prone players is a big risk:

He would be a nice addition if he can stay heathy and contribute. I 'm sure the coaching staff would like him to compete with Free for that RT spot.

The gap between Green and Free may not be as much as you think. JMO but Free isn't anything special.

He (Free) didn't do as bad last year as most think. We still don't have a clear picture of what Green is or will become because of injuries.
