Being that I live out west...yes I would still be a true fan. I'm in Vegas, and there's currently talk of the Raiders moving here.

In any event, given they spent $1.2 billion on Jerry's world, and are spending an estimated $1.5 billion on the 'Star'...I'd think it's safe to say they definitely aren't going anywhere. The team belongs in Texas. I've enjoyed traveling there for a couple of games. They also of course currently hold training camp out in California, if I wanted to make the drive there for that.

That depends. Does the team change uniforms and team name as well?

Does it go from the Oakland Raiders to the LA Raiders?

Or does it from the Houston Oilers to the Tennesee Titans?

I'll admit I was very upset when the Oilers left to Tennessee. They were my second favorite team back then. Now I can't stand the Titans or Texans.

The Dallas Cowboys is the most recognizable and valuable brand in professional sports. The minute they relocate and/or change the name, the value of the franchise would drop like a rock. This might be fun off-season message board fodder, but it's never happening.

It won't happen, although I'd really be upset if they left Texas. I might keep up with them anyway but it'd never feel quite the same.

The Cowboys will ALWAYS be a Texas team. If they leave Texas, and change their name, they are no longer the Dallas Cowboys and I would not support them. Ask how many Browns fans count that Ravens SB win as a Browns SB. The best we could hope for is that the State of Texas retains the rights to the Cowboys name. The NFL just wouldn't be the same without the "Dallas Cowboys".....

I've never been to Dallas. As far as I can tell the Cowboys live on FOX, so for me it would be a bigger issue if they decided to move the team to ESPN or something.

Then when the city gets another team , they name them the "Texans" ?????? Then come up with

I was a oilers fan, and they had some nice uniforms and helmets, but the texans....... wow among the ugliest
uni's and helmets in the league,
They should have been the oilers again with same uniforms.
