So many, Norv was up there, I am becoming a big fan of Marinelli, Butch Davis is up there. I was always a Mike Zimmer fan.

Not as an all time favorite assistant, but more as one of the most unappreciated and forgotten coaches I believe was Tony Wise. He only built the "Great Wall of Dallas" line. A line full of misfits and lightly regarded players that were dominant in their time. Tuinei, Gesek, Stepnoski, Newton and Williams. All played as one. Not just the first team, but then had some backups that would come in and pick up the slack-----Cornish, Kennard.

Let's hope the current highly rated and well paid OL is at least half as successful as that unit.

No. Zimmer joined the staff in 1994 when Switzer took over.

Good choice. Wise's contributions were very underrated.

I'm hoping Marinelli might eventually win the hearts of all here . . . if the FO ever provides him better talent to work with.

Anyhow, my favorite assistant of the past was Norv Turner. He was Aikman's magic man. I'm certain Troy would agree.
