Going out to a fine restaurant (not necessarily a high-end restaurant, but "fine" in that I enjoy their food, be it whatever the price-point).
Staying at the Westin.
Turning on TV and finding one of my all-time favorite movies like "The Shining", "The Thing" or "Shawshank Redemption."
The cluster of horror movies around Halloween.
The "Twilight Zone Marathon" on New Years Eve.
Watching my wife open up Christmas presents.
Getting a testimonial from a customer that what I've done or provided has made their life better.
Uncovering a historical image from my area that I did not know previously existed.
Going for one of my walks after a fresh snowfall.
Going for a walk on the first 60 degree day of spring.
Listening to one of the area churches play carols using their bells on Christmas morning.
Having completed mowing the lawn and knowing I don't have to do it for another week.
Watching a stray cat we brought inside, make herself right at home.
Driving back home from a day of wandering aimlessly in one of the nearby towns (and bringing some sort of delicacy home with us).
Looking at my mostly completed model railroad.
Listening to a business seminar and getting a "tidbit" of knowledge I did not know previously.

A crisp, clear fall sunrise. The day is yours to make what you can of it. Can't wait for this cold front they say is coming.
Also, I'm learning to appreciate unexpected challenges. I've had to endure a few curve balls being thrown at me and it's exciting to see how the future will turn out.

Anything that makes people laugh. I was recently watching a hilarious live TV show where the audience was in the round and you had a good view of people and their reactions to the jokes. I realized I enjoyed watching the audience smile and laugh as much as I enjoyed the funny jokes themselves.

My last vacation to St Thomas USVI. Just the sounds, the smells and the views. So relaxing
Sitting at the bar on the beach drinking drink after drink while staring at the ocean while on last vacation.
Waking up early on the weekend only to realize that you can either go back to sleep for a bit or that you can take a nap later in the day if you want.
The first days between winter and spring where you can comfortably drive with the windows all the way down.
Being able to go into wally world and get out in less than 10 minutes (of course this is normally just early in the morning before work)
Knowing that you really helped someone with a problem and they genuinely appreciate it.

to kinda expand on this one- That moment when you first wake up and panic that you have to work or even just be somewhere you dont wanna be, and then realize that you dont! pure bliss......was the same way back in middle and high school to on the weekends....
