He's listed at 291. I could EASILY see him dropping 10lbs. and be a SDE in a 4-3 that kicks inside to 3T on passing downs. He's NOT your typical 'Bama 3-4 DE.

We already have a big SDE in Crawford. He'd be a first round backup or we'd have the most expensive backup dlineman in the NFL

Have you watched him play at all? Allen is an absolute beast. Not only would he start, but he would have these sissy veterans carrying his helmet and bringing him water.

We won't be drafting anywhere near Garrett, Barnett, or Allen.

The UCLA DE is flying up charts right now. I still feel like we are going to get a really good LB, S, or CB in the late 1st, as opposed to reaching for a DE out of necessity.

I'm having the same feeling. I think Justin Evans, Zach Cunningham, or Desmond King will be a Cowboy by the end of the 1st round.

We are not sniffing him unless we make a trade that truly hurts. We are projected to have a draft spot similar to the year we drafted Byron Jones and Travis Frederick.
