If Romo leaves in the off-season we will need a backup QB. I prefer it not be Sanchez so I'm talking about Kellen Moore. He is an unrestricted free agent, do you think we bring him back to the backup if he wants to return?

Hard to believe that Moore would have probably been our starter this season if he had not gotten hurt since Romo went down after, although perhaps Dak would have beaten him out anyway.

I think Moore will return and I think Cowboys will bring in players to compete including someone with experience.

Like I said a month ago, Sanchez is not the answer. Moore might not be either though, maybe the backup is not currently on the roster.

Sanchez isn't that good, no denying that but I would still want him over Moore. Last week, he didn't exactly have the supporting cast. He needs to drive the bus, not air it out and I think he could do that with Zeke and the rest in there.

He wouldn't have lead us to 13-3 but he can fill in for a few games, if not more. Dial him back and use the run heavy offense, he is capable over those bums last year.

I'm not sold that Moore is going to be great either but if the conversation is between him and Sanchez... I'll take Moore and have another million or more to spend else where on the team.

I think we should draft a QB in rounds 4-6. Still some uncertainty over the 2nd and 3rd string positions and would like some competition going forward. Too often in the past we've been left with no options, particularly when the starter is injured.

Probably a good idea. Its something most of the top clubs do every year. Its a good plan to have somebody in the under development.
