Good morning, how did it go?
morning coach!
no noise last night or knock on wood, it sounds promising...
i will be here for the next 12 days, so will know definitively!

i did hear an owl couple nights ago.
so if this worked, cannot be sure the catnip gets 100% credit :lmao:

This article in the local DC Express ragpaper made me think of you and your plight. DC has some kind of Feral Cat crew it appears to help with situations like yours...

Meanwhile, dozens have turned to the natural enemy of rats: cats. In January, the Humane Rescue Alliance launched Blue Collar Cats
, which pairs feral cats that would otherwise likely be euthanized with businesses and residents struggling with rats. The “employers” agree to provide the feral cats with food, water and outdoor shelter, in exchange for their rodent control services.

The program, which has placed 40 cats and has a wait list, has been a success so far, said Erin Robinson, community cat program manager at the Humane Rescue Alliance.
