This is very true. The whole team had a bad game today and it happens and as fans we have to understand that it happens, that losing today isnt the end of the season, or that Dak is a bust. That being said in general they got to clean up the play and do better against Arizona, Denver was a tough team just have to learn from what happend today

Agree....can't we say there was enough to go around from a complete team to wrap that performance up as a united failure vs pointing a few out.......film didn't lie on Monday.......BTW.....Has JG said "Coaches have to do a better job too?" JG didn't even show backing on Brown's PI that DThomas lobbied for. C'mon Man!!!

Turning on Dak or just admitting reality?

He's not been good the first two weeks. He was actually pretty horrible today.

That's just the reality. It doesn't mean he's now Brandon Weeden forever, but the first two games have done nothing to quell the belief that maybe last year was just the fluke year for Dak.
I agree calling it like I see it, he has not upgraded from last year. If anything he has regressed below the mean. A cardinal poor showing and something needs to be done to stem his fall. Bad game in Denver no doubt but it is troubling to see how he has reacted to new schemes against him. The chemistry we thought was there with Dez was an illusion. Dez is going to be Dez and the routes are going to be poor so we need to adjust and I'm not seeing much adjustment if I was the cowboys QB coach I would not be sleeping well. I agree we are not on the Weeden path but we have strayed off the franchise QB walkway.

He did drink it up. As other QBs have from time to time. Romo sure did at times too. You guys are beyond reprehensible. Terrible terrible fans. You did this same thing to Romo.

Dak will be fine. There is a bunch of turmoil with this team mostly due to suspension after suspension. Zekes NFL troubles being the latest. Denver stopped the run and bottled up Beasley. Dak isn't Aaron Rodgers.

We have a murderers row of defensive teams early and we are going to struggle. Here's where Jason gets to prove he's can win a title. IMO, this is his make or break year. 8-8 or worse gets him the door.

Dak has to go through trying times like this game to learn from it....every QB does.........you learn more from failure than you do success.........Dak is a smart man, he'll be fine.

Looking back on it now its not a good thing Dak had such a great season last year. Tom Brady and Peyton Manning in their entire careers only had half dozen years between them with a higher QB rating.

For Dak to have one in his rookie year put him so far up on a pedestal that reason and everything else disappeared from all too many Cowboys fans.

Look how many insisted he HAD to be better this year then last?

Tom Brady and Peyton Manning each only TWICE repeated years with over 100 ratings as QB. IN THEIR ENTIRE CAREERS.

And they were on very established teams with good front offices and well one has arguably the greatest HC of all time.

So to expect DAK to repeat such a performance or even better it in his second year IS JUST PLAIN DUMB.

SO much went right last year; some of it luck. You cannot get that two years in a row.

Dak is a level headed young man and very dedicated. He will work through this; but his stats very well might not show that much THIS year.

Its called PATIENCE.

BP always said you have to give a rook three years to know for sure. He got THAT from Landry.

I believe Dak will be a top 5 QB in the NFL. He just is not there yet.
