Queue Engineer: as long as there are lines to be waited on, this lucrative and unique profession will be in demand. Basically wait in line for people like at Disney, Six Flags, airports...maybe the bank or post office - make a killing!

Gig requires patience. :/

This is not a general chit-chat thread so please limit posts to listing what you do for a living or serious questions for those who have already posted!

Retired from managing radio stations for 30 years, broadcast services to radio/TV for 10 and music licensing for 10. Started off in sales in the health/beauty aids, men's rags and was with Mattel as my second real job. Started off as a soda jerk at 15 and worked for 54 years. Can't say I liked any job better than not having one. Spent my life working to live and blaming my Dad for not being wealthy because I could have been a really good rich kid because I bought the beer most of the time.

I have asperger's and work for a non profit that provides employment opportunities and job training for people with intellectual disabilities.
I work as a janitor and landscaper
Am I correct in my belief that people with Asperger's tend to have at least one area in which they're rather proficient? Your writing skills are better than most I've seen here, and I never would've guessed that you have intellectual disabilities.

Thank you. While I don't have any special talents you are correct that some people with aspergers are very intelligent. I believe they are known as savants. While I'm somewhat good at writing if you meet me in person you would probably be able to tell I have a disabiliy.I often get nervous in social siutations.I also tend to ramble when I write .this post is a good example:D
