Bernie Casey, who starred in iconic films such as Revenge of the Nerds and I’m Gonna Git You Sucka has died at age 78, Deadline has confirmed. Casey, who also had a career in the NFL as a wide receiver, died on Tuesday in Los Angeles after being hospitalized for a yet-to-be-announced illness.

Had no clue he played in the NFL...

He played the lead Gargoyle in this movie which as a kid scared the poop outta me.........

Sorry to hear of this.

And yeah, "Gargoyles" is one of the best made-for-TV horror films of all-time.

I watched it recently and it was fun to see
It again. The G costume was good still.
