I'd settle for just signing Ware. He's still better pass rusher than Mayowa or Wilber, and his intangibles are off the charts. More importantly he is the perfect leader for this young DL.

after not doing any OTAs, mini-camp or training camp, I'll pass. hire him as an assistant coach if you want his intangibles, but I don't think he's helping much on the field.

I've been hearing about this "window" for years. Neither of those guys has won so much as a playoff game, and I'm not killing our next two drafts to get them.

Ware's done. He turned down a $9 million offer and chose to retire.

When Irving comes back we'll have surplus players on DL. Should try and shop one around for a late pick or a backup player where we could do with some depth.
