I think it would have to do about Martin and his contract.

Before they throw a bunch of money around..

Martin needs his deal.

Or a solid promise towards his new deal.

If OK..then they sign a Bowman.

He would really help us..

he rushes the passer which means Marrinelli would have a new toy and blitz more.

We just lost 2 starters on defense..

should be money available.

(rubbing my hands greedily)

Fisher tweets cowboys interested then 2 hours later says prob not happening. Idk what to think. I dislike fisher and hope we go after him but idk how’d he feel playing for Jerry.

It seems that if Washington came to the Cowboys and said he's All-In, that they might gave him s shot, but they've learned not to talk a player into playing (RoMc). He would have to just accept the minimum and hope for better deal next season but word is that he requested too much money which is an indicator that he wanted to come back for money and not because he loves football.
