How disillusioned with this team are you?

Not very. The Rams game surprised me, but I figured going in that they would lose to the Giants, Broncos and Packers. 2-3 is what I figured at this point.

I am disappointed but not surprised that the whole front office and coaching staff seemed to have overrated the talent level of the team. We have too much trouble finding or drafting starting caliber NFL defenders for some reason. We got some good OL guys by drafting from favorable spots, but when we have to show our talent and abilities when we draft lower than say, #20, or find players on D in later rounds, we seem to struggle. The D is arguably worse than last years team.

disillusioned? ummmm, perhaps not....although, it may take some illusions to get the team to STOP being so predictable in the 2nd half of games

Philly is playing well and seem to be on their way to winning the division outside of any major injuries.
There's still plenty of football and unknowns yet to come but unless we get on a serious hot streak, we may be on the outside looking in come Playoff time.

Being two games back in the division early in the year might have a little bit to do with it.

I disagree. Usually at least 2-3 teams have been good enough to beat almost anyone on any given day, most years.
