I know Trouty has seen this but I'm sure it got buried in some thread. All of "us" in our younger days.

My uncle in top right
No sheet? That's awesome. I was pretty young, but I remember when he used to have the parties out at his ranch every year that were open to the public IIRC. Never knew him but I never heard a bad word about him. He seems very down to earth and will always be one of my most memorable Cowboys.

Kim! Yes, there is, Sis.

Check out this thread:

@Sam I Am laid it out clear! It’s the site I use, and it’s nothing like Imgur, etc
I really should try something like this instead of imgur. I guess I'm kind of "ok" with it because my name isn't attached to anything. I'm quite open and active here but this is about all the social media I do. Believe it or not, I'm a pretty private person, I don't tweet, I don't snapchat, and I sure as hell don't use Facebook. Thanks for helping out Trouty.

Aria, I’m extremely private, too.

You got it!

Thanks for the help, Trouty. I am a very private person and don't like having my personal pics on a third party site of any kind. lol. I guess I will just have to be content with not posting my photos. I can post to instagram, which I occasionally do, and facebook, which I haven't done in a couple years, lol, but to post to another website just to post here seems stupid and counterproductive, and quite frankly dangerous. Maybe one day our site here will have the ability to just upload photos. I know it is a lot of mess to get involved with, and probably requires a lot more bandwidth and all the technical things that those kinds of places require that our beloved site can't hold understandably so, and I don't ask for it to happen and am not complaining in the least, but maybe one day it magically will. Like Santy on Christmas! LOL :)

Not a pic but seeing as there are some beautiful pics of scenery here I would like to throw in my .02.
Spent a summer here as a young man @ Camp Holy Cross in Canon City Colorado. Spent a good few weeks in the Sangre De Cristo Mountain range, camping, hiking, fishing etc. Been over some of this very same ground{video isn't me btw.

This most certainly is a non-third party site Ms. Kim.

Believe me, I wouldn’t use it if it wasn’t.

But I most certainly hear ya. If it’s any solace, Sam supplied the link, and you know how guarded Sam is with his net security :)

Hey guys, Aria, can I post this here, please? Thanks in advance :D

Any outdoors man/woman knows this song

I am a huge John Denver fan and always was. Thanks for this. And thanks for the info on the site Sam provided. I know that he is a very intelligent man, with a wild sense of humor that I like. I might try tomorrow. Thanks again. :)

John Denver has a ton of great tunes, watched a special on him and in particular the crash and it was just so sad. The crash could have been easily avoided.

Yes, Achilles...I mean Johnny. (man, that is gonna take some getting used to, I loved your name! Achilleslastand. It was tough and cool, man. :() Yes, anyway, I cried when the news reported he had died in that senseless plane crash. It was the day a portion of music and my childhood died for me.:(

Tell me about it, I was high when I chose the name then actually forgot about it until they actually changed it.

The fuel switch in Denver's plane was behind his left shoulder and made it almost impossible to get to w/o unbuckling and turning almost all the way around. Against other pilots advice he flew with that switch and the last person who saw him alive gave him a pair of vice grips to help with the manual fuel switch. They believe{?} he accidently hit the right rudder pedal with his foot as he was twisted around messing with the switch. By the time he noticed it was to late. They even recovered the vice grips from the ocean and returned them to the last man who saw him alive. The very sad thing is all of this could have been easily prevented.

That is SO Biadasz! I don't know jack about astrology but I love it (planets, solar systems, meteors, comets, the unknown, everything). Where did you take this and what do you use?

I don't participate in astrology. rofl, I do Astronomy! BIG DIFFERENCE! hah :)

This was actually taken from Mayhill, New Mexico using a SBIG STL-11000M monochromatic CCD camera and the color comes from using filters. Specifically, Luminence (clear), Red, Green, Blue, and Hydrogen Alpha filters.

The lens (or telescope) was a Takahashi FSQ-ED 106mm telescope.

There is a total of five hours of exposure in this image all combined to bring out the details.
