Judge Fallia will hear the PI when she returns from vacation. She is an Obama appointee so you would think she is pro union.

Zeke might actually have a chance here.

The past couple years the NFL is hemorrhaging legal fees, advertising dollars, and credibility. Is this what Mark Cuban foreseen when referencing, that the NFL has become like a fat pig, and that fat pigs eventually get slaughtered?

I'm in the mood for some pork.

Cuban is right in over-saturating and over-exposing the market place. As I've said a million times, boxing and baseball used to be the top sports in this country and have fallen completely in the past 30 years. Why the NFL thinks they would be different is just the height of pure arrogance from the owners. The NFL has a lot of problems and you really need a good commissioner that can see the trees and forest and then the forest from the trees to prevent this. Roger the Rube is completely lost and is too arrogant to admit so. At least Jerry has questioned why are they paying this buffoon so much.

To me, the owners have got caught looking at the glare of a puppet commissioner who works against the players union and allowed the owners to con the players out of the short term money. They have forgotten that repercussions will be greater down the road with an inevitable strike year in 2021 which will cost them a ton of money, the failure to address waning attendance due to crazy ticket prices and more affordable home theater technology, the entire anthem protesting, etc.

What the owners needed was a genuine leader as the commissioner. Not some lying, power hungry doofus from the PR department that is in way over his head.

I never changed my opinion that Zeke will play all season and the case will be heard in the offseason.
That would be best for the league, Dallas and Zeke. I think this team can't really focus or prepare right with the week to week suspended/not suspended B.S.

......i know the negative bunch will want to come in and say this team isn't prepared anyways, no need guys

yup...Have felt thatway too the entire time...Hence why I took Zeke #1 over all in my fantasy football draft. Sitting pretty @ 5-1.

And haven't even broke a sweat yet...

As long as Zeke continues to fight this...this is gonna make the NFL think long and hard about suspending players for no reason. Just think how much money this has already cost the league.

Yet...owners want to foot the bill of a commissioner that wants to play laywer w/ the leagues money on the side?...I don't think that is gonna last long when the NFL is losing case after case.

Honestly, I'm to the point of just wanting to let Zeke serve the suspension and get it over with. Its going to be hard for him to focus with this hanging over his head and watch him get suspended at the tail end of the season when we are making a playoff push.

On the other hand, I'm for fighting it since the nfl hasn't come out with any real evidence to show he is guilty and he would be in a situation where he could face a lifetime ban for something he didn't do.

just have to keep in mind what is at stake here and ultimately what Zeke is fighting for

i know if it was me i would explore every legal avenue available to clear my name from Domestic Violence, that is something that will follow you around the rest of your life

That's the point we all forget... it truly doesn't matter what point you or I are at in this ... it matters what Zeke and his legal team think and how long THEY will continue to fight .. too many CZ legalese and fans on the zone want Zeke to bend over and take it ... like it's inevitable he will serve the suspension no matter what... I say let Zeke do what Zeke feels he should do to clear his name ... he just might do it

I'm not even in law, but logically I could distinguish between the Brady case and the Zeke case to know that this would be the case. I kept pointing out for months the false equivalency between the two and that the media was just wrong about it. That's why I dislike certain elements of the media. They just keep rehashing the same wrong over and over again.
