Honestly, if I was a player one of the last teams I'd want to play for is Dallas. Lunatic owner, incompetent son as his assistant, weak willed head coach, no quarterback.
Keep me away from that circus. They haven't won in 20 years with the same power structure. I wouldn't expect that to change anytime soon.

. still working that huh?I get all that, but most of these young kids don't care anymore. They want glamour and glitz and $$. Look at all the FA's Jacksonville has gotten lately. That team and town are dumps as well! Agents know that Stephen is a cheapskate and they will offer fair market or lower and it's killing things before they even arrive IMO.

I'll never understand how some here can rationalize every single thing this team does despite no NFC championship game appearances in 22 years. It's clear that something is wrong. For those who want to make the parity argument, shouldn't that have meant we were a legit championship contender sometime in 22 years?
