:lmao: no matter what, one side will be crying tomorrow

I honestly won’t be upset. I'm so pleased with this new team being one game from World Series so early in this rebuild.

Jeter retired. Rebuild began. They made a run that next year (post jeter)

It’s been all gravy/house money since the no review” game.

I’m good! Reeeeeeeal good! ;-)

Game 7.....

I guess I shouldn't be surprised. But here we are. Thought the Yanks would have taken this last night...but they didn't. Now we have work to do. Thought the Yanks should have treated game 6 like it was a game 7...but Girardi didn't. And I think that is gonna cost them. For a guy that has managed this team for years...he sure doesn't know his team very well. It was plain as day that when Severino started to struggle...he should have been pulled...instead Giradi let the game slip away...when moves could have been made.

Anyway...that was yesterday

Turn the page....

If there is any saving grace for NY...it is this....it's CC Sabathia. Big game pitcher. Has been there and done that. Has seen it all. And probably is throwing as good right now than he ever has. He has become a pitcher...rather than a big guy just up there throwing fast balls.

He is what the Yanks need right now.....

As for the Astros...a good young team....w/ no big game playoff experience. Not like this....not w/ so much riding on one game. Will be interesting to see if the big stage is too much for them...or they are too young to know any better.

Has been a great series....And hopefully tonight...another great game to cap this epic story.

Well, starting pitching was not great for the Yankees on the road, once again. Verlander was Verlander against the Yankees, once again. I feel bad for Severino. I was really hoping he would bounce back with a great game. I like the kid, he just has not gotten it done when it counts most, thus far.

Game 7, on the road, Houston is starting Morton, Yankees will have CC on the mound. If there is a silver lining for NY, the Yankees have hit Morton pretty well and, he's a lifelong Yankees fan. Lets hope the Yankees can change the trend and not disappear on the road.

The key is getting into that bullpen early...get that starters pitch count up. Yanks are pretty good @ that...when that is their game plan. Gardner can burn through a pitcher...so can Headley...Di Di...heck even Frazier when he gets into swing mode.

I get it... I do... it’s easy to bag on Girardi...

But... when score one run that is not usually going to get you a win.

I think Severino should have come out with all those walks... but... he didn’t.

Yankees gotta get runs.

Pitching won’t decide this game.

Yeah, I mean that's a key in every game. If you can get the starter out early, that generally means you are hitting and scoring. That has not been the case in the playoffs, on the road much, thus far.

Hopefully tonight they can do some good things.
