The problem isn’t about giving the LT help. You cannot do that most of the game. As soon as you start helping him consistently, they will stunt and blitz other areas to get a guy running free or to pull the help away. The game isn’t as simple as “let’s give him help every play.”

I️ don’t believe that with smith. He is tough. It was always about waiting to see how he felt on gameday. I thought they would at least let him come out and go through some stretching at least before ruling him out though.
