Dak is not the answer

This is absolutely ridiculous. Wentz has 3 #1 WR's on his team. Dallas has none (Dez hasn't been a 1 since 2014). Dak's only help is an aging tight end. That's it, no one else is stepping up.

If they were bandwagon jumpers they would be flying a different flag like me. I'm upfront with my approach but these turncoats would rather hide in the CowboysZone in Cowboys fan clothing but critique and ridicule the team's ever move all week. I still love the Cowboys and wish them all the success but I have a hometown guy, Case Keenum in Minnesota lighting it up so I'm going to support him. Rest assured if the Cowboys end up playing the Vikings in the Playoffs, this Viking flag is coming down and I will be hoping my guy, Keenum has a bad day. I'm true blue.

You are PATHETIC. Go visit your Vikings board, fake fan.

LOL you guys need medication.

First of all, Dak not being Wentz doesn’t make him bad. Second of all, the kid is still in his second season in an archaic offense behind a patchwork offensive line with a suspect receiving core.

I could legit list names until blue in the face of QBs who still struggled at times in their second seasons, even looking lost at times, that turned out to be franchise guys.

The bottom line is, these things don’t happen in a vacuum. Dak has looked pretty bad at time this season, but he has looked unbelievably dynamic at times.

This teams issues begin and end with the coaching staff (and the front office). If you want to jump ship, jump ship inn Garrett.
"archaic offense behind a patchwork offensive line with a suspect receiving core." We are talking about an offense that was averaging 30+ a game just a few games ago, right? The same one that tore through most of the league last year, right? I guess when your bus has no steering wheel, it's might go off the road a little. But I wouldn't necessarily blame the mechanic.

The problem its not Dak, the team have a lot of more critical problems. the team its too far to be the america's team again, the team dont have a #1 WR, Dez at most its a #2 WR, the cowboys need to have a high 1st pick next offseason, to take the best WR available, because in the next free agency the only good WR available its Alshon Jeffery. The cowboys need and emblematic HC, and renew all the coaches staff. this team has been very inconsistent in recent years. the cowboys also need a LBs, DT, S, OG, OT, many holes to fill.

 3 #1 WR’s . A washed up Torrey Smith , a first round bust Agholer , and a guy no one wanted Jefferey

Lol.

The bus that you are referring to has always had bald tires (Weapons) but it had a strong engine (Zeke) and comfortable interior (OL). Now we don't have a good engine, it is clunky, the air conditioning isn't working and the bus driver is now being made to look like an idiot because everyone is uncomfortable and the bus is all over the road and barely working anymore.

I think it's fair to call Jeffrey a #1 when healthy...that has always been his issue. The others are clearly not #1s and it's silly to claim otherwise.

True that! I understand regarding the Vikings flag. My youngest son, 17 now, is a Vikings fan, so I'm rooting for them too until we meet.

Dak had a very bad game last night, which made everyone else look bad around him. it happens. When Dak was drafted, I never thought he would be more than a back up, but then he did what he did and i was in shock at his play. I am not ready to give up on the man just yet. But he has to step up. So far, with out Zeke has disappeared.

Denver, Atlanta, Philly, 3 bad games.

We all enjoyed a magical 2016 season with two rookies who took league by storm. As I was chest thumping I read a sobering article on how you really don't know about QB until he completes his 2nd season. My raised arms slowly dropped. I patiently waited for 2nd season and now my fears are becoming a reality. Dak Prescott was product of Zeke being top 5 dynamic player. But I held reservations until I saw him matched up with Wentz. Well, unfortunately I am here to report Cowboys search for Tony replacement should continue.

Dak has as many ints as tds against NFC teams. Dallas has 1 offensive TD in two Zeke-less games. But real problem is what I saw from other teams QB. QB so big players couldn't bring him down throwing ridiculous ropes to his avg WR core. Eagles WR did their best to keep this game close in first half by dropping passes. But talent wins out and Wentz put Jerry Jones on notice last night.

Dallas has two options: 1) Do nothing and likely lose most divisional games & divisional titles to Eagles for next 7 -10 years. 2) Make some hard sacrifices and get Franchise QB by any means possible (Btw: Philly ended up giving away total of 7 players...mix of currently NFL players & draft picks for Wentz).

The big question is does Jerry Jones have stones to pivot?

Funny that almost every guy who does this for a living puts Dak in the franchise QB conversation. If you think Dak is the problem right now, you need to change your sport from football to curling. Also just so we all know, remind us of what the Eagles have ever done , ever , to make them all of a sudden be world beaters for the next 7 years. Wentz is good, but he sucked last year. Dak was MVP quality last year, and is top 10 this year. If their are changes made to the coaching staff Dak will win Super Bowls. That's better than any thing any Dallas QB has done in a quarter of a century !!!

Cowboys fans are a fickle bunch. If Sean Lee, Tyron Smith and Zeke Elliott were playing healthy yesterday, you'd be celebrating a victory today. But because of those absences, you are ready to quite on your QB. He's not a bum, he just needs his supporting cast back.
Philly was missing their starting LT, MLB, and D. Sproles. (and traded for a starting RB)... but they have good back-up players and apparently a better coaching staff.

Peters is old
Hicks is good but not all pro
Sproles is a special teams guy

Just stop already

Sproles is a special teams guy? Sproles accounted for nearly 1,000 of Philly's offensive yards last year. "Peters is old" that doesn't mean he's bad.

Can you stop, maybe?

Peters may be "old, as you put it, but he is still a d@mn good LT.
Hicks is not an all pro but he is a good MLB.
Sproles wasn't just a special teams guy in their offense.
My point is the coaching staff and front office is making a difference in Philly (not taking anything from Wentz) whether it is making game adjustments and or bringing in FAs or trading for players.
