How incredibly stupid do you have to be to commit a crime like this in a communist state? Specifically one that has had political strife with the US in the recent past.

That family irritates me at times, but I wouldn't be completely certain he actually did this.
That family is pretty wealthy, and somewhat famous now. Great PR target.
Of course, he could just be a moron and have done it.:laugh:

Apparently, they shoplifted from multiple establishments. I don't know what the overall value was of the Sun Glasses but it was Louis Vuitton and nothing there is cheap, at all.

Shoplifting in China carries a sentence of anywhere from 5 to 10 years. That's no joke.
