Can someone explain to me how it's possible to hate an AFC team more than a division rival, especially in the NFC East where there are 50+ years of built up hatred?

The only way I can see someone logically hating an AFC team more than an NFC East opponent may be if you live in Pittsburgh, NE, etc. Otherwise, it baffles me. Especially NE, with whom we have no historic rivalry whatsoever (like we do with the Steelers in the 70s).

I'd root for Pats. I just hope the Eagles don't make it or if they do, its a repeat of Atlanta last year.

Likewise. Not even a shred of hatred for the Steelers or any other AFC team for that matter.

Giants > Eagles > Commanders > Packers > any other NFC team > AFC teams.

Pats, all day. No one should ever root for the Eagles in a SB game. Regardless of opponent.

Their misery is part of Dallas Cowboys Football. Their fans are horrible, NFCE rival, McNabb and now Wentz.

I'd root for the Eagles vs the Steelers, though. I'd root for the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse against the Steelers.

How about you just root for the electricity to go out and the nfl being forced to cancel that travesty of a game?

I would be rooting for anything to go wrong just to make Goodell look bad.

I would never root for the Eagles in the SB though..never.
