Mick Shots: Clear Skies, Jack-Of-All-Trades, Snaps Up & Forget About It

FRISCO, Texas - Nice change in atmosphere out here at The Star so far this week. Win two in a row and there are fewer questions being asked the head coach and the star quarterback. There seemed to be more players hanging out in the locker room during media availability. And heck, down in The Training Table, folks, including players and coaches alike, gladly made time to listen to the annual Christmas Carols being sung by the Happy Hill Farm Youth Choir.

Bryon needs to be on the field thru the end of the year. He and we need the snaps thru this year for evaluation.

We’ve evaluated enough of him. Even Mo go a fifth year option. Byron better lace up for his contract year coming up

I disagree. But three plus games isn't a huge deal. I'm hoping the rest of the year gets him another year.

I’m a big proponent for playing guys in their contract year. You always get their best (underachieving players anyway). If Byron shows nothing next year he’s a bonafied scrub.

I like the three year rule but the cap and FA changed it all. I like your thoughts.

He plays head up on the TE about 50% of the snaps already.

Frazier on run downs with Jones on passing downs is a good option at FS.

He was able to pretty much contain Gronk so the ability is there. I think the way they kept bouncing him around messed him up mentally
