Jerry has been saying this for years. But he's finally right.

As long as the Cowboys' offensive line stays elite (I worry about Tyron Smith's back issues), this window will be wide open for a while. Dak and Zeke are here for the long run, and as long as we get some more talent at receiver, this offense is loaded.

On defense, I am very, very excited about our kid secondary (Awuzie, Lewis, Woods, Frazier). Lock up DeMarcus Lawrence, find another edge rusher, and keep Sean Lee healthy, and this team is a contender for quite a while.

Dak struggled mainly because the game plans, and especially the in game adjustments, in those games we’re atrocious. The lack of in game adjustments( chip for the backup tackles) in the Atlanta game were inexcusable. Garrett should have been fired on the spot right after that fiasco of a game.
Completely agree. I have never seen coaching as inept as Garrett in that game. His complete and utter lack of adjustments showed that he is completely clueless, and he should have been fired immediately.

That's because Matt Patricia is 100x better than Morla the Ancient One (Never-ending Story reference).
Good flick for kids. Shoot, I could probably still enjoy it.

If that's your cup o' tea- might I suggest Rifftrax's version of Merlin the Return.
Terrible flick, but it has Tia Carerre (meow) and great jokes being told over the film.

Highly recommended

I highly recommend that site also. You want to mess with the fam on a holiday?
Play this:
They have a show called Fun in Balloonland that has a full Thanksgiving parade in Philly from the late 60's that was televised and commentated by a severely inebriated woman. And I mean she was ish-faced.

Just fantastic!

You just have to get past the 1st 10 minutes of high strangeness of a little boy in gold lamay hot pants running around a bunch of giant balloons...

IF, we win a Super Bowl with Garrett. That is a huge IF. We have similar talent to New England and can’t win a playoff game, and they go on to win Superbowls. Also, they can still win with major injuries( Hightower, Edelman, etc) and we fall apart. They put solid game plans together every week to exploit the other teams weaknesses. We relie in better execution of a basic game plan. This works when every one is healthy and when we are playing inferior talent.
Patriots are the best team in NFL with the greatest QB of the modern era and Belicheat the best coach.

I dont know what jerry sees but I see a Vikings that lost both of there starting qb's and right now are 11 and 3 they have a qb by the name of Case Keenum who is at best a journeyman qb and there staff has adjusted and now have a shot to be the first team in nfl history to play at there home stadium in the superbowl so all this excuse making about injuries and players missing time is just that poor excuses for failure coaching matters

Are you boycotting Paragraphs?

What do you have against paragraphs? Did they take your girlfriend?

My problem with the way we're trying to build the team (slowly) is that you are always "getting closer" but not getting there. We've seen players who were building blocks to getting us there, such as Romo and Ware, come and go while we've been trying to squeeze through the window.

When Jerry thinks they are "close", in the past it has meant a big move by Jerry. Joey Galloway, TO, Roy Williams, the Dez contract...

Maybe this time he just pushes Stephen to spend a little in free agency.

What's it going to be then, eh?

YA I love it when folks hold up the greatest team in our era as a example of our failure.
So who should we compare them to in this era? A similar snakebitten organization like the Chargers? Well they beat us there too.
