Add Ware to the list of wasted talents. Jerry didn't see the need to build defense when he was there. Better to trade #1s for Roy Williams.

To be fair at one point in 08 the defense had 7 number ones playing.

Roy Williams
Terrance Newman
DeMarcus ware
Marcus Spears
Bobby Carpenter
Anthony spencer
Mike Jenkins

Jerry will have to retire first in order for some true and major changes to happen for this team. There are just some things that Jerry is going to be stubborn about.

Waiting for some kind of Absolution from Jerry is hopeless . Instead I’d suggest attempting to find a way to overcome the dysfunctional football franchise he’s created.

Since HC isn’t a priority because a proven and experienced HC wound recieve more credit than Jerry, Id suggest more elite talent and asst coaches.

Carpenter and Jenkins - jeez louise. Roy Williams ate himself out of the league. Spencer was not reliable week to week. What crew that was! #1s in name only.

If Jerry wants to give Garrett another year? That's his decision. While I don't agree with it, it's not my call to make. I can only hope that the claims of accountability being made in this article are in fact, true. And that if Garrett does fail to produce, that he is shown the door, and Jones won't once again be looking for an out or excuse for his chosen coach.

The NFL is a results-driven league and people need to be held accountable, not coddled and enabled.
OMG.. Now that I know the story behind your avatar, I can't stop laughing bro. You are an honorable man...lol

Little did we know, Garrett was behind this invention. He has already set himself up for a nice retirement nest egg.

Someone needs to truly sober Jerry up.
Maybe the glass cleaning guy needs to be fired so Jerry can see what is really happening.
Rowdy Must Go...all with me now....Rowdy Must Go....
Can Jerry's wife and kids have a..."we need a coach" intervention eye opening meeting....
Rowdy must go
Curtains Jerry, Curtains...do you need a curtains coach?
Hey, Rowdy can operate the Curtains...nah, Rowdy must go

I'm wit ya on Rowdy....what an embarrassment! Missing the good ole days with Crazy Ray.

Guys and girls JJ has set up in his plush suite and watched JG mismanage the clock. Let his OC continually call plays that are not smart. Which it’s JG playbook by the way. Plain and vanilla and JJ knows that every team In the NFL knows it. He sees him clap and have a blank look on his face. He knows he comes in with the same game plan and don’t do adjustments.

JJ still lives in a time he opened his checkbook and paid for a team so dominate that we could call the same plays and other teams just couldn’t stop it. The salary cap caught up with this team years ago and he refuses to turn over enough power to NFL responsible and knowledgeable people to take us back over the hump.

He can get us to the playoffs but when you are against well coached and staffed teams we can’t get it done because the team is a reflection of the HC.

Id rather go 4-12 again, than go 12-4 the next 3 seasons and being stuck with this clown. Get him outta here

So what you're saying is it's not based on results with you, it's simply just personal. You don't like Garrett for whatever reason to the point that you would give up 3 years of most likely being NFC East Champs.

I think I have totally lost all respect for Garrett and Linehan obviously they told Jerry hey it's not our fault these minions underneath us couldn't coach so we deserve another chance.
What a couple weasels.
Obviously there was dissension in the ranks some of these position coaches didn't believe in the garbage lenihan was putting on the field and I'm sure a good portion of the players don't like it either.
You can fire the coaches but if the players aren't fully in on the system it's going to fail

Lord knows I love this team but if we have a total meltdown this year and we clean house which Jerry will be forced to do I won't cry and I'll take that high pick and get whatever we need.
In fact I would trade away some of our picks this year and stockpile.

I just know we wont win anything of significance with him. We beat up on average-below average teams, and look overmatched vs the good teams.

Somewhere in a back room Garrett has a voodoo doll of Jerry and can be heard chanting...The power of the ginger compels you...The power of the ginger compels you.

In other words your looking for a HC that can overcome the good or better teams.

What good or better teams we lost to this year did you think we should have beaten with the active roster we had?

Denver comes to mind. Who else ?

jones may keep him around for two more years even if he don't make the playoffs but I think the pressure from the press and the fans will be really intense if he does fans may start spending their money on other teams
