TV Comedies - Add list (50)

Freakin Jackie Gleason.

And if not for The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, Ricky Nelson wouldn't have gotten his start in Rock and Roll.

Nothing I can add as the list looks stellar to me.
All in the Family and Sanford and Son come to mind as 2 all time greats, and Seinfeld.

I wont post it here but go watch the All in the Family episode "Edith writes a song" which had special guest appearances by Cleavon Little and Demond Wilson. I laughed all the way through.

Life in Pieces is a good modern comedy.

I am surprised that MASH was not on that list. That is one of the all time show, imo. Didn't it have the highest TV finale audience of all time?

I didn't see Home Improvement or Everybody Loves Raymond, which were two pretty big show during their day.

I used to watch that when I was a kid too. My parents hated the show but I loved it. lol
