No way. As we saw with Zeke, the fact that the Grand Jury no-billed Sanders doesn't mean jack to Goodell and the NFL. And even if Goodell decided no suspension, which is not likely, or a 1-2 games suspension, in today's public environment for sexual assault offenses, the public outcry could cause them crawfish and increase the suspension. No matter what Sanders would contribute here, it would be the same circus and distraction as Zeke's situation was this year. You wouldn't be able to depend his availability.
