I have had this impression of Garrett since 2008 and the whole Brad Johnson debacle coupled with Ed Reed and Ray Lewis saying how simple the team was. Glad TO know knows how smart I am

To be fair, most of that **** should slide downhill onto Linehan.

He was the OC. If you want to say that Garrett was calling the shots, then lets fire Linehan and have Garrett call the shots. Or fire them both. If it was Linehan calling the shots, then fire him. Either way, Linehan should be gone.

The offense was an ocean of coaching fail this year. Almost getting our young franchise QB killed against Atlanta was enough in itself to get a coach sacked.

Agreed. Letting Green give up eight sacks with zero help was beyond idiotic.

This is why I was pro TO during all of that nonsense back then. He was a top flight receiver being dumbed down by a 5th grade offense. Now here we are 8 years later, same crap.

Yeah there is some merit to that but once TO couldn't beat press coverage he was done. No coach could have bailed him out of that.

What are you talking about? He beat press coverage all of his life, all they had to do is put him in the slot, move him in motion, I can name a thousand things they could have done but of course Garrett only knows 2 ways to use a receiver.

Lol at this ignorant nonsense. He sure was beating it in Cincinnati and that was two years removed from 2008 (he can’t beat press). But I remember that was the weak narrative in 2008. Funny stuff
