I agree. Sometimes the hits that take a guy out don't always look the hardest. The one that ended Steve Young's playing days didn't look as bad as some of the other hits he took over his career.

I was always curious. Was it the actual hit/injury that ended Irvin's career? Or was it the diagnosis of having a narrow spinal column, which only was discovered because of his injury that ended his career?

He showed some talent as a receiver but there is a lot to learn about the position
He is a freakish athlete and could really impact this offense if he can continue to learn the position but I think he could contribute now just as a pass catcher
He would be a matchup nightmare

as this point I am willing to forgive any player and give them 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances because honestly we are grasping for anything that resembles playoff game. There is no fan base who has less leverage than cowboy fans.

I cannot wait to see him on the field. The guy has major skills. As far as WRs go, I would take any of those 3, they all get separate and make plays.
