Rashaan Evans or Ronnie Harrison. Best Available Player from Alabama.

Evans is a destroyer of men at LB. Get one and enjoy him before the league turns to two-hand touch. Harrison is a major upgrade at either Safety spot.

Or I entertain offers for Lamar Jackson. That last QB could get you a 1st next year. Could Jacksonville at 29 be interested?

If it goes like that, I think you have to go............. Bryan or Rashaan Evans. Outside the box thinking? McGlinchey? I read one scouting report that said he could play OG. If you play him at LG, he can also be a swing tackle and maybe an eventual replacement for Smith if his back is really an issue.

That's the way I'd go - OT. Either McGlinchey or Kolton Miller. Someone who can play left tackle if necessary.

He apparently has some off the field issues I haven’t done any research on yet...but from a pure talent standpoint Arden Key DE from LSU. If he checks out in the interview process it would be a no brainer pick for me.

Seems a lot of people are ignoring pass rushers...Cellini Ferrell from Clemson also has some elite pass rusher traits to him as well
I'm not getting Key either, last week he was no later than 12 and now he's barely cracking the bottom of the 1st. He missed a couple of games at the beginning of the year after shoulder surgery but was back to being dominate towards the end of the season. Bama was double and triple teaming him and he was still creating pressure. Keep hearing rumers of off field issues but can't find anything other than he didn't join the team the 1st 2 games waiting for his shoulder to heal. Unless something concrete comes up I can't see passing up his talent at 19. Still can't see him getting past the packers!

IMO the top of our board would be Hurst and McGlinchey.

Hurst - best 3T in draft
McGlinchey - best OT in draft, move Collins to G

Id be open to moving Collins to G, but I don't think it'll happen, so the pick is Hurst.

The only thing I have against Hurst is his lack of versatility. The Cowboys value versatility and with using a heavy rotation versatility is the key....you see it all over the defense. Hurst is a 3tech and that's it...can't move him looking for a mismatch or adjust to an injury or even to pair up with say an Irving in the middle. Sure, you can put Hurst at the 1 but what good will that do?

Taven Bryan is my pick...and for those of you who have taken the time to research this kid knows what he can bring to the field. After the combine and his workouts I expect to see him talked about being selected in the mid 1st to early 2nd.

Hurst' versatility is that he's good vs the run and the pass. Most prospects are one sided - like Bryan who you mentioned.

He's a splash player against the pass, but offers little help against the run.

We would be sprinting to the podium w/ the card if Arden Key fell into our lap. Then we would be saying bye bye to that
colossal draft flop Gregory.

Courtland Sutton is also a consideration...:flagwave:

Derwin James and Calvin Ridley are within a few picks then you trade up to get them.

If no trades then Hurst or Sutton are there

Whoever it is there will be loads of squawking (fairly so) about the 2-3 other guys that went before. This team deserves to be demonstrably worse than Jacksonville over the last 20 years.
