@Reality is always the bad guy because he is always protecting the value of his product. That said, he does what he believes in and from that point of view, I'm on board. There are too many people out there that do not do what they believe in. They get dirty and underhanded to "make a profit". Character is king in my book. The lack thereof, is who will strip you of anything that means anything to you or those that you love.

Now, I sound like a Reality fan, but I'm really not. That guy is a straight up BUM!!!!

I have to be the bad guy sometimes (which I really hate) so no matter how high the platform gets, eventually someone knocks me off of it, points there finger at me, shakes their head and walks away dragging the remains of the platform while mumbling to themselves ... :)

The worst thing about being a site owner and admin is that you eventually tick off people you like because no one likes to be told they cannot do something or they did something against the rules. Some people enjoy that role. Some people want that power. That's not me at all. What makes it worse is when something is against the rules and you have to delete it or deal with the user over it, yet at the same time as a user yourself you're thinking, "That was awesome!"

Something I learned long ago even before CZ is that anyone who wants to be a moderator or admin on a site usually is not someone who needs to be one. The same could be said for a lot of professions or positions of control over other people.

Boy, you are not joking. The people begging to be a mod on the old site were almost always the last ones I'd even consider. And you could tell, their reasoning was generally unsound. Power trips, punish those they didn't like, give their friends breaks, and sometimes just so they could treat others however they wanted. Most do not comprehend the rigors of keeping order.
