With Philly going to the Super Bowl with a backup QB it shows just how poorly coached the Cowboys are. They lost their starting QB who was having an MVP season and their LT and they’re heading to the Super Bowl. Let that sink in. We would end up going 4-12 in that situation.

Do you realize how stupid it is to say that? Dak was Romos backup. Did you forget that? We certainly didn't go 4-12 last year smh

It’s meaningless.

But I get why you guys keep wanting to bring it up.

How? He won 13 games 11 straight with a rookie 4th rounder and rookie Rb after loosing his franchise qb, You don't think that's a hell of a coaching job?

I think it was an anomaly and doesn’t define his mediocre run as the Cowboys head coach.

But keep trying to convince yourself he’s a legit head coach.

You obviously didn’t think that out very well, not that you ever do. Dak was our starter from opening day on in 2016. We had at least a little time to prepare him to be the starter with Romo going down in preseason. With Moore going down before Romo this gave Dak a lot of preseason work. Wentz went down in week 13 during an MVP season which left Philly in an awful spot. That was Wentz’s team just like last years team was Dak’s team.

Even Romo had to come to grips with that being Dak’s team. You have to know how to adjust losing your starting QB during the season. Philly not only lost Wentz during the season but they lost their LT. Philly didn’t fold like we did after Zeke was suspended. If Dak had gone down “during” the season and Tyron was done for the year as well we likely wouldn’t have won another game from that point on. It took great coaching for Philly to overcome their situation.

Lol... did he win 12 just a couple years ago, and it's an anomaly?...lol

Lol...it's not an anomaly if it happens more than once.

If it happens infrequently, yes it is. 2 successful years out of 7 are anomalies.

But again, keep thinking he’s a good coach.

Good young secondary, stud Rb,good OL, defense front seven coming on, I'd say the future is bright

LOL we lost one guy on offense and one guy on defense and we were through. The coaches forgot how to coach, the wr's forgot how to catch and run routes and Zeke was a non factor.

It's just part of the process.

Boycotting merchandise sounds like something a CNN reporter would write about. No thank you. I’d rather go down with the ship being miserable.
While Fox "news" would have us believe all is well in JerryWorld :(

It's right up there with executive of the year. Means absolutely nothing.

I think they're awesome!! They should hang banners in jeri world for these awards

better than multiple Super Bowl wins imo

Crash you are spot on with Tyron out we couldn't score with Lee out we could not stop anyone from scoring . With both of them out we just flat out lose .

Mean while in Philly they lose Jason Peters , Jordan Hicks , Darren Sproles , Carson Wentz and there kicker and are going to the super bowl .

Garrett got COTY because when you can get 5 yrds every time you run the ball it takes the coaching out of the equation . Zeke , Dak and the Oline got Garrett that coaching award . Manageable DOWN AND DISTANCE situations make everyone look great . Running the ball that effectively protects every weakness on the team from GM down to the Pi-- Boy.

But no we couldn't keep Leary and the Oline in tact fielding an inconsistent group that for some reason under achieved this year . All while the Eagles actively participated in FA acquiring good players to fill there glaring weakness at WR , we continued to try and pay off Tony Romo while he announced games in the booth .

All that said Jerry is a bad GM and Garrett is a mediocre coach that was made to look better by a stellar running game .
