He'll probably be in the Pro Bowl since it's a contract year. That's when the magic happens unless you're Morris Claiborne.

Man that 2015 draft was a disaster for us. Ouch!
1) Byron Jones: he has played and started but I would argue has been a bust and won’t be a Cowboy soon, at a minimum a huge disappointment not to mention Collins becoming a pro bowler and picked well after him
2) Randy Gregory, wow just epic fail
3) Chaz Green, bust
4) Damien Wilson, more likely to spend more time in jail than on the field, other players still available, Grady Jarrett, Stephon Diggs, Shan Mason, Jay Ajayi,
5) Ryan Russell, total bust
6) no pick
7) Mark Nzeocha, now a 49er
7) Lawrence Gibson, now a NYG
7) Geoff Swaim, good player

We’ve had some great drafts 2014, 2016, but we’ve had some awful ones too...2009, 2015...

Stealing La'el Collins as an undrafted free agent after this dumpster fire of a draft is the only saving grace.

green might actually be one of the worst 3rd round picks in dallas history....he couldnt block my 18 month old....complete waste of space on the 53 man roster and should likely be replaced before next season starts with either a draft pick or an UDFA, or a tackling dummy....bascially anything would be an upgrade

Hyperbole much?

I was chanting for Ajayi in the 4th/5th round too. Couldn't believe he was still on the board and we passed on him.

2009 makes me shudder in my computer chair. Worst draft in the history of the NFL. haha

I’m all for second chances. But 20 chances? Apparently, this FO has too much pride to admit when they have a 3rd round bust. Cut your losses and move on.

This team just has a hard time moving on from horrible players. Cats would be envious of how many lives bad players have in Dallas.

Such a Cowboys move to keep a spare like Green.

Truth! Unlike the pats, who cut players sometimes a year early, the Cowboys FO falls in love with their players and hang on to many of them a year too long...or more.

I feel bad for Green but, No, No, No. Jason Garrett and Linehan ruined him mentally. They left him out their to sink or swim! We all saw what happened, except for maybe the 2 moron coaches that could have helped him. Don’t forget. He never played another snap the rest of the season after the Atlanta fiasco. Mentally ruined by coaches, he’s not that good, and he is always nicked up. No!

Maybe if they quit moving him around from LG to LT and let him stabilize at one spot, T, it will help. He played well in 2016 filling in for Tyron. There aren't many strong options at T in the draft. I still see him on the team in 2018 as a swing tackle. I don't see Bell coming back. Scary how badly he got beaten in that Atlanta game. I'd still keep him as a swing tackle (in the minority on this I'm sure) and draft a Guard

If you guys have a better option lets hear it. There are only so many Tackles available in FA. Don't say Nate Solder, he'll get $8-9 mill. The draft isn't strong for tackles either. All well and good to point out a problem but without a solution it's still a problem. Let's hear the options to Green at T and not continue to rehash the problem. I'd much rather read about solid solutions than fan whines

With an new offensive line coach now at the helm in Paul Alexander, this might be Green’s one last chance to save his NFL career.

No, it's not Green's last chance in the league. Not even close.

The Cowboys blew his development last year, having Green try to turn himself into a guard. Let him spend this offseason training back into a T, and any team will snap him up in a heartbeat. His sophomore season he was a solid swing tackle for us - demonstrated by actual starts. People act like swing tackles grow on trees.

Jeremy Parnell. We seriously need quality depth on the o-line. Hope the new coach does as good a job as Frank Pollack. No assurances Cooper won't get a decent free agent offer.

Yeah that's it, Parnell. Thanks Cern. I have hope for Alexander. He coached some top 10 O-lines in both run and pass blocking. I hope he can come in and be objective and really evaluate Cooper and Green based on film. We experimented too damned much with the O-line last year. There has to be continuity and communication. Collins came around. I'm blah on Cooper. I'm all good if he walks in FA

So we are gonna carry 10 OL?

Get real. Backups gotta play multiple positions

What did we carry last year 8?9? The starters, Looney, Bell, Green. Did I miss anyone. Looney is a FA, Bell had a 1 year contract, most want Greens head on a platter. Guess what, where's the beef? It's draft time boys
