You may be on to something there. I think they love taking a player from us because they think it weakens the Cowboys and they get the player. Two for one.

Actually we got rid of a contract, the Commanders paid too much and Scandrick isn't that great anymore. So we sort of get a 3 for one out of the deal, except any corner can pretty much cover Dez. Lol
If I was a CB covering Dez that week I would try to get enough info on what throws him off his game verbally in order to keep his focus and interaction with me rather than have his communication on Dak. You see CB’s and WR’s do that to each other constantly for a reason and Dez’s big problem to me is engaging with the opposing teams players first and foremost then mentally thinking “I shut him up by getting a big play”. Romo was most likely able to coach Dez through that during the game. Dak will be better at it in his third year in my opinion.

I'm thinking 8.
Lol...more like 10-11.... I envision Scandrick going down in a early October game with something like " planters fasciitis" or some pull or tearing of some ligament which he's out for some time like 8-10 weeks by time he's medically cleared to come back. The deadskins like the play of their 2nd year CB or someone they may get in the draft this year. It's not going to end well here. It never does..

Lol at the thought of Dak and Garrett exploiting any weakness in any secondary.

Scandrick will likely take a pick to the house in typical Cowboys/Garrett fashion.

Sad that our front office couldn't muster out a 6th round, look at all these other teams get some compensation for their scrubs. A corner who has a low cap should be good enough for a trade.

wait do you guys really expect players not to consider teams that are rivals of their former employer? do you do the same in your careers?
Exactly, why the hell show loyalty to team who cuts you while youre still under contract? Lol Idc where the hell scandrick goes, he's not making any team better

Heck, even a 7th would've been fine by me.

Good for him. Don’t know why there are so many bitter Cowboys fans about this. One less problem for the cowboys. He was a man his entire here and now he/we have moved on. He owes us nothin. He did what what was best for him and his family.
