The Thing is that Dak had a great Rookie Season with a 13-3 Team that had the Leading Rusher, the best O-Line in Football etc. in there too and still serviceable guys like Dez and Witten.
Wentz had a bad Team with a ton of injuries and two different Coaches with completely different schemes.

2017 Dak regressed badly while Wentz showed massive improvements up to MVP Level Play with steady Coaching and more Talent.

Right now Dak Looks more like a 1 year wonder that can produce well with an Elite Team but is mediocre without.
Wentz has improved though and if anything i doubt he Regresses after what he has shown his first 13 games 2017 before getting injured.
Keep in mind that he also missed his starting LT and RB.

Most QBs Keep improving every year until they start to decline at an old Age.
Its highly unusual for Franchise QBs to be great Year 1 and Decline in Year 2 to be great in Year 3 again.

Time will tell.

I am a Romo lover. However, I like DAK too. He's no ****** Vinny Testaverde, Clint Stoerner or Quincy. He's much better than those guys. Better that Matt Moore by a long shot. We need to learn a lesson and remember how long it took to replace Troy. I feel a little lucky that we found someone that isn't absolutely horrible to replace Romo. Keep looking for a better option, but embrace who we have for now.

What is with the name calling? My job($$$) would also beg to differ with your assertion that I am a "simpleton".

Why is it not a fair assessment to take the qbs full body of work, especially since they started at the same time?
Because there are so many variables when determining who is the superior player.

Dak came in to the league with the best OL and RB in the league with a former all-pro receiver and a HOF TE.

Wentz came in to the league with Zach Ertz and Jordan Matthews as his best weapons and an old Darren Sproles.

Fast forward to 2017, when Dak loses his starting Left Tackle, he turns into Seneca Wallace. Wentz loses his starting Left Tackle, he puts up 16Tds and 3ints with a 100 qb rating and goes 5-1.

Wentz had a bad team his rookie year? Please. So you're saying in one year they went from having a bad team to suddenly being loaded with talent? Poppycock.

The iggles have always had talent. Difference from 2016 to 2017 was a change of coaches, starting with the head coach, scheme and playcalling. Heck, Philly's head coach/O-Coordinator, Doug Pederson, made Foles look like an All Pro throughout the playoffs last year and even become SB MVP. That (Pederson and new coaches/scheme/playcalling) was the difference. It was new to the league. After 1 year of tape on them, I seriously doubt the iggles will play as good.

Maybe durability? lol.

He is better at Clutch moments. 2 4th quarter combacks and game winning drives for Wentz so far in his career. Dak has 5 and 9.

I can't tell you how many times I screamed at the TV in frustration this season because of the lack of 4th quarter comeback opportunities for the Eagles this year.

And talk about durability--Wentz couldn't even finish the Broncos or Bears games!

I get you are trying to be funny but it isn't working.

Wentz has had opportunities in his first 2 seasons to come from behind in games and has failed. Detroit game his first season comes to mind where he lazily threw a ball up in the air and it was picked by Slay...all they needed was a fg. Loss.

The point was...Prescott has proven time and again that he comes up big in big situations. Wentz has not.

Dak has made more of his comeback opportunities than Wentz has so far in their careers and should be congratulated on that.

And if Wentz continues to have less opportunities for 4th comebacks thanks to 2nd-team All-Pro level play, I am fine with that.

Yeah, they figured out how to injure his LT and suspend his RB.

How does Wentz compare after he blew his ACL? Cause I haven't seen him play since.
Wentz will be fine just like Brady and many other players who have torn the acl. My big question with Dak is what's he going to do to counter what defenses have done.

What have they done? He was playing good ball up through the last 8 games of '17. Are D coordinators so slow to adapt that they didn't figure him out for a yea and a half?
