I want ET here but a 2nd is too much for a guy we can get next year.
The NFL is a win-now league, and there's no guarantee ET would come here.

It doesn't matter if this is where he wants to be...if some team offers him $12 million more than Dallas, he might not come.

The Seahawks will eventually take this. It’s more than they’d get as a comp pick, and Thomas is a malcontent at this point.

Dallas blinked. The Seahawks now sense they have a sucker on their hands. Looking back at the Roy Williams and Galloway trades, they may be right.

Yep, they think they can sucker Dallas....and are probably right. I,mean look at our safeties...it doesn’t tak a go to note we don’t have much starting nfl talent there

Then let them be morons and let him destroy their locker room. What petty idiots
Absolutely not!!!!!!!!!!!! We can get him next year for free. We already have a good team. If they want more. Leave them hanging. A second round pick is already more than enough. I'd say don't do it Jerry and Stephen . You've already done a fantastic job building the team especially the defense. And next year we can use that second round pick to pick either a starter or great depth for our offense. Our defense already has depth. It's the offenses turn next draft. Cedrick Wilson the rookie receiver we picked in this year's draft is still in our back pocket. He is a potential stud as Gallup already is. With gathers development this season we could be a juggernaut next year and draft another jaylon Smith type impact next year in the second round and pick up Earl Thomas. No more than a second since weve put that forward

no...Dallas didn't blink. We have a dire situation at safety CLEARLY. Seattle just crapped the bed by getting greedy. We wont be offering more.

When you spend months saying you'll only offer a third then at the last minute you up your offer to a 2nd, you blinked. :muttley:

Seattle has waited this long. They'll wait longer to see if Dallas blinks again sensing the Cowboys "dire situation" and all.
