I grew up in New Orleans as a kid.

Comfort food was red beans and rice with Kibasa sausage and onions.

Just started it.

Should be ready when my alarm clock goes off at 7pm per your observation..

Will last for several meals...mmmmm

I am nursing my Golden Retriever who was attacked by a pit bull on Wednesday.

She is in rough shape. So we nibbling and watching games today while I rub her head.

I made some a week ago. Used short ribs instead of shank bones. Big mistake. Tasted like crap.

i only put 2 shanks and 3/4 of a roast also put some caldo de tomate made by knorr t make a diffrence.
